1) Scope

We ship worldwide to all countries from our international distribution centers.


2) Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes payment verification, quality control, packaging, and shipping label assignment.


3) Estimated Shipping Time

Once processed, delivery takes approximately 8 business days to arrive at any destination. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to holidays, peak demand periods, weather conditions, or other external factors.


4) Order Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, which is sent via email as soon as the order is dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to appear after the package leaves the warehouse.


5) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions only apply if the conditions specified in our store are met.


6) Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. In case of return due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


7) Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather, blockages, inspections, public emergencies, etc.). If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time for reasons attributable to us, we will contact the customer to offer options: waiting, changing the shipping method, or issuing a refund.


8) Undelivered Orders

If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the shipping date:
We will open an investigation with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or resend the order at no additional cost to the customer.
